Vision Statement

A Renewable Energy and Sustainable Development Real Estate Project in Nevada

Summary

The world of renewable energy and sustainable development has two components; technology and locations or sites where technology will be deployed. We are in the site business. Comprised of nearly 40,000 acres of fee and leasehold lands in north central Nevada, Geovada is an unprecedented real estate and renewable energy (geothermal) development project. Developable lands coupled with renewable energy resources provide a location for "green" projects in the commercial/ industrial real estate and energy sectors. In addition, the project provides excellent resources, access, and infrastructure including ample conventional energy, Interstate highway, heavy-lift airport, and mainline rail on property.

Location and Features

  • Proximate to Battle Mountain, NV and just East of Winnemucca, NV
  • Includes land surrounding Nevada Energy's Valmy North coal power plant
  • Immediate access to I-80 via three freeway exits
  • Union Pacific/BNSF mainline East/West rail transects project
  • Level to gently sloping terrain
  • Electrical grid traverses lands (Nevada Energy/Idaho Power)
  • Served by Battle Mountain airport (BAM - Nevada's 3rd largest based upon runway length)
  • Reasonably priced land and water rights
  • Offers affordable housing and renewable energy to expanding and relocating businesses
  • "Green Grid" energy from renewable sources will power industry, businesses, and homes
  • Educational, academic outreach and incubator park programs under "Ecoasis" component

Project Vision
