The Clean Energy Rail Center (CERC) is a renewable energy and rail-served industrial park located in Northern Nevada. The subject property is approximately 40 miles from Reno, NV, the second largest city in Nevada. It is also 519 miles from Salt Lake City and is 132 miles from Sacramento, CA.

Unique Competitive Advantages

The Clean Energy Rail Center is unique because of its location in Northern Nevada which is close to the California border and also centered on the highway and rail lines leading to Salt Lake City, UT. The contiguous large railroad siding off the intercontinental railroad served by Union Pacific and Burlington Northern Santa Fe railroads provides for easy access.
